..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the 1st respondent's impugned order made in letter 2063/C2/2009-3 dated 16.09.2011 confirming the order of the 3rd respondent's Proceedings made in No.Tha.1/131/2008 dated 13.02.2009, to quash the same and to consequently directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization as Work Inspector Grade-I, with effect from 01.01.1996 and to extend all benefits both service and monetary including pension, revised pension and pensionary benefits as had been done in G.O.(Ms)No.297, Public works (C2) dated 14.09.2007 of the 1st respondent. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore no further adjudication is necessary in this case.
