Crl.M.P.No.9234 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12460 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.

J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12460 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working in Coimbatore and his wife is pregnant and hence, he seeks for relaxation.

3. It is a case where the petitioner along with other accused have been charged for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC for cheating the defacto complainant to the tune of R.85 lakhs. Further, the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 16 days.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition fully. But, modifies the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
