ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4

(1) (a), 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.407 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police was on regular checkup they found that the petitioners along with other were in illegal possession of 10 litres of I.D arrack . Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioners. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
