Respondent(s) PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Respondent No.3 in relation to proceedings issued in O.Mu.No. 65881/A4/E3/2012 dated 06.06.2013 by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner as Assistant from 02.09.1996 when his junior was promoted as Assistant with all consequential benefits and grant arrears of pay and then fix last drawn pay and send the revised proposal to the Accountant General for sanction of pension with arrears of pension.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, who is on record, submits that he had returned all the case related papers to the petitioner long back, and the said representation was made on 29.02.2024. Thereafter, this Court directed the name of the petitioner be printed in the cause list. Although the case was listed on 16.10.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today, the case is posted under the caption "for dismissal" and today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
