O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 07.10.2020 and to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries and issue individual patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Arul Doss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 15.12.2020 at 10.30 A.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
