These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to extend the time for deposit of the 50 percentage of the solatium as per the conditional order dated 15.04.2024 passed in C.M.P.Nos.7872 & 7885 of 2024 in W.A.Nos.1094 & 1096 of 2024.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned State Government Pleader for the petitioners/appellants submitted that though a Demand Draft had been drawn in favour of the Registrar General of this Court, the petitioners are not in a position to hand over the same to the Office of the Registrar General on account of expiry of time in presentation of the Demand Draft due to reasons beyond their control, on account of which, they are unable to comply with the order of this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, these petitions are ordered by granting two weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the interim order passed by this Court.
