This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to extend the time to execute the order passed by this Court in 1/4

Crl.OP.No.10623 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026.

2. This Court, while disposing of the petition in Crl.OP.No.10623 of 2026 by order dated 28.04.2026, directed the petitioner to execute sureties within a period of 15 days. However, now the petitioner has filed this petition praying to extend the time as he was unable to comply with the order due to ill health.

3. Being satisfied with the aforesaid reason, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the time to execute the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10623 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026, is extended till 07.06.2026.
