Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the survey of the land of the petitioner based on the representation dated 21.10.2020 and in respect of the property comprised in Resurvey No. 13/A2 situate at A-Jettihalli Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmpauri District and Sub Divide the same by issuing separate patta within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 21.10.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the sub-division of the property and for issuance of a separate patta in his favour. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the third respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 16.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
