Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of declaration to declare the 2nd respondent tender process in respect of tender No.BPCL/SR/POL/Bulk/Karur/2013-2015 (1) for transportation of

bulk oil products from Karur installation as null and void, consequently, direct the 2nd respondent herein to call for fresh tenders for the same.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous since the tender process was completed and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
