ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to survey the subject property and fix the boundaries based on the representations made by the petitioners on 05.10.2020.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent has already called the petitioners for enquiry on 11.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. and the fourth respondent will take a decision, regarding survey of the property, after scrutinising the documents given by the petitioners. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioners can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 4rd respondent has already called the petitioners for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to take a decision strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
