2. Affidavit of service with respect to the 6th respondent may be filed in the registry.
3. In the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent in paragraph No.34, it had been stated as follows:
"34. I respectfully submit that I have no intentions of either alienating or creating encumbrance over the suit schedule properties, pending disposal of the suit."
4. In view of the said stand taken, and also owing to the fact that the other respondents have also not expressed any intention to deal with the property, injunction already granted by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2022, is made absolute till the disposal of the suit.
