ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to relax the condition imposed upon him by Order dated 21.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9905 of 2026 that the Petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the Petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed on the Petitioner. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. Other conditions imposed therein remains unaltered / intact.
