(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it emerges that a scheme was framed for running the temples in question. But, the respondent authorities took some administrative actions despite the same, an aspect which is, in fact, sought by the petitioner. That action was questioned by the propounders of the scheme / the seventh respondent by filing Writ Petition No.22891 of 2012 stated to be pending before the learned Single Judge and there are interim orders operating. 2.In view of the aforesaid, the present petition does not survive for consideration and is accordingly, disposed of.
