Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he should appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3686 of 2018 dated 09.02.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.AMARNATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition filed for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.3686 of 2018 dated 09.02.2018, whereby the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 01.03.2018 onwards without fail.

3. Considering the said compliance of the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered with the following modification that, the petitioner, hereafter shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required.
