ORDER

Since the petition seeking to modify the order dated 24.04.2025 passed in C.M.P.No.10017 of 2025 in CRP(NPD) No.1738 of 2025, was not entertained by this Court, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now seeks for extension of time for making the deposit in the Court. Accordingly, the time is extended for a further period of three weeks from today to enable the petitioner to deposit Rs.1,20,000/- to the credit of C.S.C.M.A. 26 of 2018 on the file of Cooperative Tribunal cum Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai, failing which, the interim orders already granted will automatically stand vacated.
