Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to to direct the respondents to send fresh pension proposal to the second respondent taking 50% of the consolidated service rendered by the petitioner as Village Assistant from 31.03.1984 to 31.05.1995 (5 years 7 months) along with the service rendered in time scale of pay as Village Assistant 01.06.1995 to 29.05.2019 (23 years 11 months 28 days) with the service rendered as Office Assistant from 29.05.2019 to 31.05.2020 (3 days), totally 29 years as qualifying pensionable period and further sanction pension within the time frame fixed by this court.

2.Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed without expressing any opinion on merits by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 02.05.2021 of the petitioner and dispose the same in accordance with law. 3.Since the copy of the representation is not duly acknowledged, the petitioner may also furnish a fresh copy of the representation together with the copy of this order to the respondents within a period of 15 days from the date of a receipt of copy of this order.
