ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody from 05.07.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 @ 306 of I.P.C, in Crime No.563 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased is the wife of the petitioner and there was some matrimonial dispute between them. Due to which the deceased committed suicide. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been in judicial custody from 05.07.2021. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate(crl side) appearing for the petitioner submit that there are six previous cases pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy H.S.No.3 of 2021. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that there are six previous cases pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
