virtue of the Judgment dated 26.03.2013 in I.D.No.33 of 2007 on the file of Labour Court, Salem and also by virtue of bilateral settlement under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act dated 22.01.2011 entered between second respondent management and all Trade Unions.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for implementation of the order dated 26.03.2013 passed by the Labour Court, Salem, in I.D.No.33 of 2007 and bilateral settlement under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act dated 22.01.2011 entered into between the second respondent Management and all Trade Unions.
2.It is now represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the order dated 26.03.2013 passed by the Labour Court, Salem, in I.D.No.33 of 2007 had been complied with and the petitioner was re-designated and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
