Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th to 6th respondents to give police protection to construct the compound wall around Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Veeraganur based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2021. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The present petition is an example of how court time is wasted with so-called public interest litigations which are utterly unmeritorious and involve no element of public interest therein.

2. The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondent police personnel to provide protection for the construction of a compound wall around a Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Veeraganur.

3. It is best that the High Court is not disturbed in respect of such matters. In any event, there appears to be some dispute as to title pertaining to a land as is evident from the affidavit in support of the petition, particularly paragraph 11 thereof.

W.P.No.20135 of 2021 is dismissed.
