PRAYER:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.410, measuring to an extent of Acre 3.14 cents, situate in Periyana Halli Village, Palacode Taluk, Kaarimangalam Sub-Registration District, Dharmapuri District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2013. For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.B.Anand, G.A.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking direction to respondents issue patta in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.410, measuring to an extent of Acre 3.14 cents, based on his representation, dated 15.11.2013.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner was already issued patta, as per his representation dated 15.11.2013. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In the light of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
