ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a spa. 2.On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that upon consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioner, the fourth respondent rejected the request made by the petitioner seeking a No Objection Certificate to run the spa.
3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. Since the rejection order has not been served on the petitioner so far, the
fourth respondent is directed to serve a copy of the rejection order to the petitioner forthwith. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said rejection order in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
