ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 04.04.2014 passed by the second respondent, rejecting the request made by the petitioner to award 11 marks based on the teaching experience of the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sough for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he also makes necessary endorsement in the Court bundle. 3.

Recording the said submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
