The additional report filed by the first respondent perused. A further time of one month is sought for to complete the disciplinary proceedings as one of the officers has since retired.

2. Insofar as the building is concerned, it is stated that all requisite legal notices have been issued but there is no response and, thus, the building has to be demolished.

3. The learned counsel for the Corporation states that now a tender would have to be floated to demolish the structure.

4. We direct the whole process to be completed within a maximum period of two months from today and the costs be recovered from the owners. List for further compliance on 10.3.2017.
