Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the concerned records relating to the order No.Z.O.IX.C.No.U-26/SPL/2013 dated 16.07.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue of license to the petitioner to run the bunk shop at the back side of IDBI Bank, Greams Road, Thousand Lights, chennai-600 006.
