Mr.D.R.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, produced a letters dated 30.06.2023 sent by the petitioners requesting to withdraw the writ petitions by stating that since the original cases that were initiated by the CBI against the Medical Institution itself Page No.2 of 4
have been quashed, thereby the impugned memo of the above writ petitions issued as a consequential action of the MCI, will have no legal effect.
3. Recording the same, these writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
