This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to reimburse the tuition fees under the "Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Financial Assistance Scheme" for the fourth and fifth year as per that scheme.

3. Taking note of the prayer now the petitioner seeks, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of four weeks. On such receipt, the respondents shall consider the same and pass suitable orders within a period of eight weeks therefrom. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
