The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2015 and to give necessary police protection.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has given complaint in the year 2015. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so adviced.
