Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition and after surrendering before the concerned Magistrate the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2289 of 2018 order dated 30.01.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SURIYA MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition filed for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.2289 of 2018 dated 30.01.2018, whereby this Court ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore(Allikulam), Chennai within a period of 15 days and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for more than 18 days without fail.

3. Considering the said compliance of the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered with the following modification that, the petitioner, hereafter shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required.
