2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, by an order dated 01.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17842 of 2022, the offence of Section 328 of IPC was omitted to be mentioned in Paragraph No.1 and the same need to be corrected.

Accordingly, the offence of Section 328 of IPC is ordered to be mentioned along with other offences in Paragraph No.1. 4.
