PRAYER Directing the 1st respondents to consider the representation dated 10.12.2024 made by the petitioner, which had been forwarded by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent wide his proceeding in Lr.No.00892/532/Mo.Po (KPSHEP/Ne.P1/u.1/ko.Uu. Mu/2024 dated 07.02.2025 within a specific time.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the the 1 st respondent to consider the representation dated 10.12.2024 made by the petitioner, which had been forwarded by the 4 th respondent to the 3 rd respondent wide his proceeding dated 07.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he sent a representation on 10.12.2024 to address his pay anomaly in respect of his junior, which affects his own pay fixation. The learned counsel for the petitioner Page No.2 of 6

further submits that this representation was favourably forwarded by the 4 th respondent to the 3 rd respondent. However, despite the forwarding of the representation, no final order has been passed by the competent authority, and the petitioner's grievance remains unaddressed.

3. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly submit that they will pass final order within reasonable time.

4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, based on its own merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
