The petitioner is before this Court against the impugned order dated 22.03.2025.

2. The petitioner has participated in the proceedings which was initiated by issuance of notice in DRC-01 dated 11.12.2024.

3. By the impugned order, the respondent has confirmed the demand as detailed below:

4. Although the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit

that invocation of extended period of limitation for imposing 100% penalty is unjustifiable, the petitioner can workout its remedy before the Appellate Authority under Section 107 of the respective GST Enactments, 2017.

5. Under these circumstances, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
