Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue suitable directions to the 2nd respondent to execute the bailable warrant dated 15.03.2021 issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-V), Saidapet, Chennai in C.C.No.815/2020 within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to the second respondent to execute the bailable warrant, dated 15.03.2021, issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC-V), Saidapet, Chennai, in C.C.No.815/2020, within the time fixed by this Court.

2.This Court, on 29.11.2021, passed the following order: "The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Bailable Warrant was issued against the First Respondent/accused on 15.03.2021 and thereafter the case was adjourned to 25.05.2021, but the First Respondent/Accused did not appear on the said date. In the meanwhile, the case was transferred to Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court, No.V at Magistrate Level, Saidapet, Chennai-15.

2. In view of the same, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to inform this Court the present status of the case to the effect that whether the case has been transferred to the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court, No.V at Magistrate Level, Saidapet, Chennai-15 or not.

3. Post on 06.12.2021."

3.In continuation of the order passed on 29.11.2021, it is found that the case was transferred and now pending on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court, No.V at Magistrate Level, Saidapet, Chennai-15. On transfer, the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court, No.V at Magistrate Level, issued summons.

4.In view of the same, the petitioner to take steps to issue summons. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
