ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land in Grama Natham survey No.61A/1B, now Survey No.59/11 (Old survey No.59/5) measuring to an extent of 9 cents, situated at no.17, Thatha Arumugam Chetty Street, Vizhapallam, Kurinchipadi North Village, Kurinchipadi Taluk, Cuddalroe District as per the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2024.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject land has been purchased by the father of the petitioner in favour of the brother of the petitioner, viz., Ramasami Chettiar. The brother of the petitioner died on 10.12.1967 and as he was unmarried. In this regard, the petitioner has given a several representations to the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
