ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.5312 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
