1 CMP. No.13372 of 2020 C.M.P. No.13372 of 2020 in C.R.P. No.1658 of 2020 S.KANNAMMAL.J., This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 5 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Mr. Deepak Kumar, the learned counsel for the sole respondent has no objection to allow the present application and undertakes to file Vakkalat for newly impleaded parties.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for both sides, this Court is inclined to allow the application.
