ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10909 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 viz., "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 P.M. until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for a period of 16 days.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner has complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the Condition No.5 (b) imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
