Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2013 and further directing the respondents 1 to 4 and 7 to stop the illegal act of the 11th respondent from further converting the agriculture lands situated in S.No.242/2, to an extent of 97 cents in Ayyarpadi Village account, Arakkonam taluk, Vellore District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 1 to 7.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner has filed a comprehensive suit in O.S.No.168 of 2011 on the file of learned District Munsif, Sholinghur. He has also sought for an order of interim injunction by filing Interlocutary Application in I.A.No.515 of 2012 before the said Court and the same is pending.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the learned District Munsif, Sholingur to dispose of the I.A.No.515 of 2012, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While doing so, the said Court has to look into the communication dated 01.10.2013 sent by the Ayyarpadi Panchayat to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to file the said proceeding before the Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
