The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to treat the petitioner's one-year bond period as completed and to consequently relieve her from her bonded service in the Government Hospital, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District and to direct the 5th respondent to return her original certificates and documents collected during her Post-Graduate admission along with her Post-Graduate degree certificate, 2/6
Transfer Certificate and conduct Certificate.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner joined Post Graduate degree in MD Anaesthesiology and has completed her course during 2023. It is the further submission of the petitioner that her born period was reduced to one year and in pursuant thereof, the respondents have issued a posting order dated 11.10.2023 and the petitioner has completed her bond service. Therefore, she is entitled to get back her original certificates.
4. The said factum was fairly admitted by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
5. In view of the above fair submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to return the original certificates and documents collected during the Post 3/6
Graduate admission and other certificates including Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
