ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420 & 506 (i) of IPC in Crime No.509 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioner is the owner of the Win Tech Polymer Company. The petitioner induced the defacto complainant to invest money in his scrap business, for which, he collected a sum of Rs.44,21,500/- from the defacto complainant. When the defacto complainant asked the petitioner to return his money, he refused to give the same. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and he is no way connected in this case and prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that one previous case is pending against the petitioner. Investigation is still pending. Therefore, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the case is in the initial stage of the investigation and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
