Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ or order of direction or any other Writ in the nature Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in Assessment No.33392482301 2007-08, 2008-09 & 2009-10 dated 12.05.2011, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to forthwith raise the attachment made on the property of the petitioner firm made by the first respondent in respect of the lands in SF.No.8/A1, Chinnapappanoothu Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District and the attachment of the petitioners bank accounts with the third respondent bank.
