This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioner "that he shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders' in Crl.OP.No.8840 of 2025 by its order dated 26.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
