ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to survey the petitioners land in property in Survey No.34/5 in patta No.2112 measuring an extent of 1 Hectare 8 Ares respectively situated at Paduvampalli Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District and to fix its boundaries as per the sale deed in document number 1804/2017 dated 02.05.2017 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the he purchased the subjected property by way of a registered sale dated 02.05.2017. The grievance of the 2/5

petitioner is that though he has given an online application to the respondents 2 to 3 to survey his land and fix its boundaries by paying requisite fee, the same has not been considered by the second respondent till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
