A.No.3143 of 2024 in C.S.No.674 of 2010 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This application has been filed by applicants/plaintiffs to recall the plaintiffs' side evidence in C.S.No.674 of 2010 Despite given sufficient opportunity, the plaintiffs had neither filed proof affidavit for their witnesses nor produced any witnesses as on 11.06.2024. Hence, this Court closed the plaintiffs' side evidence. Therefore, recalling of the witnesses does not arise at all and hence this application is not maintainable. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
