This petition is filed to condone the delay of 140 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 140 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
