ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to re-fix the pension of the petitioner in terms of para 2 (vi) of G.o.Ms.No.235, Finance (Pc) Department, dated 01/06/2009, read with G.O.Ms.No.308, Finance, (Pay Cell) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Department, dated 26.08.2010, by considering the application dated 08.11.2013 of the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reiterating the averments made in the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the pension of the writ petition was revised and the petitioner is drawing pension at Rs.6800/- from 01.10.2007 and at Rs.6850/- from 01.08.2020 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
