O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint dated 20.07.2021 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the respondent police have received a complaint from the petitioner and enquiry is pending.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], without going into the merits and veracity of the complaint, this Court directs the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police to conduct preliminary enquiry and register the FIR, if cognizable offence is made out, as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in AIR 2012 SC 1515. Otherwise, closure report shall be sent to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, she can file a protest petition.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
