ORDER

It is informed that the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation and continues to draw subsistence allowance pursuant to the Impugned Order dated 03.06.2010. Further Appeal has also been rejected by the Impugned Order dated 05.03.2024.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submits that criminal proceedings are still pending and the case related to trap order.

3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose this Writ Petition by directing the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings after the criminal proceedings are over.

4. In case the petitioner is acquitted, Charge Memo may be issued if there are sufficient prima facie materials available, to proceed against the petitioner. 2/4
