2. The petitioner seeks installation of three phase electricity connection for his premises. The petitioner has given an application on 21.07.2025. The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 21.07.2025 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
