ORDER

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.12.2023 by changing the name in the Town Survey Land Register and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he made representation on 25.12.2023 to the 3rd respondent seeking for the issuance of patta in his name and change all the revenue records from the name of Chittayi to his name. However, the same has not been considered by the 3rd respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.12.2023 and and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
