This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.T.C.No.175 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkovil, Cuddalore District and to quash the same.

2. Mr.T.Shanmugam, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the petitioner was tried and acquitted by the Judgment dated 08.05.2023 in S.T.C.No.175 of 2020 which has been challenged in this quash petition. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
